| We would like to inform you that you are to pay in advance. As soon as the payment has arrived the search will be initiated. Thus the time period required to accomplish your request is calculated from then on. The search will take longer if the person has moved more than once. Subsequent to sending us the above form, you will receive the invoice by e-mail. Please pay the money then. You will find any details referring to the manner of payment in the invoice. | ||

| All prices include VAT (16%). The prices also include the adminsitrative fees of the local offices for registration of residents (usually between 4.-- and 10.- EUR per request). The payment is also due even if the individual cannot be located because of insufficient information or because the person in question has not been registered anywhere. | ||

| The result of the search will be sent to the client via e-mail. The request and anything related to it will be treated with highest confidentiality. We guarantee that all the information about you, as well as the results of our search, will not be passed on to a third person. | ||

| The contractor (Andreas Loeb) cannot be made liable for incomplete, outdated or deficient results. Nor is the contractor liable for deviating from the time of processing your request anounced above (index, order-form). | ||

| The client guarantees to comply with the current laws of privacy and will not abuse the information on the searched person. | ||
